Registration with "Submission of scientific theses"

Please read carefully before filling out and submitting:

The author of the scientific abstract must accurately and correctly fill in their personal data.

Abstract requirements – “The abstract must include the following sections: Title (typed in bold capital letters without hyphenation, italics, or underlining), Authors, Institution Name, Relevance, Objective, Materials and Methods, Results, Conclusions. The text should be formatted on a standard A4 sheet (210x297 mm), font Times New Roman Cyr, size 14 pt, single spacing (no more than 6,000 characters with spaces), margins – 2 cm on all sides. The abstract should not include formulas, figures, tables, or a list of references. The abstract must be uploaded as an electronic MS Word file (doc, docx, or rtf). The file name must correspond to the surname of the first author in Latin script (for example, Sergienko.docx).”

Deadline for abstract submission for the poster section – October 1, 2025

Selected abstracts will be published in one of Ukraine’s scientific medical journals.

During the poster session, a competition will be held for the best poster presentations. All submitted works will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee based on content, novelty, and presentation quality. Authors of the best posters will receive consolation prizes. The main winner will have the opportunity to present their work as an oral presentation in the main program of the next UpToDate 7.0 Congress.
