Requirements for Poster Presentation Submission

1. Selection Stage

What the candidate needs to do:

Fill out the application form by October 15, 2025 (inclusive) – link to the poster presentation registration form

Selected candidates will receive a confirmation email with the poster presentation template no later than November 1, 2025

2. For Selected Participants

After confirming participation, it is necessary to:

Pay the registration fee for the UpToDate 6.0 Congress (except for military personnel, whose participation is free — link to military registration)

Prepare the poster presentation and send the PDF file (using the provided template) to the Organizing Committee at admin@oncohub.org

The deadline for submitting the PDF poster presentation is November 1, 2025

3. Poster Presentation Requirements

Format:

• Photos, graphs, tables, and charts are allowed
• If the presentation includes video, the video file (without sound) must be submitted together with the PDF presentation to admin@oncohub.org
• Photos and videos must not contain any personal identifiable data
• Images must comply with copyright requirements
• The PDF file should be approximately 50% text, with the remaining space dedicated to visuals

Fonts:

• Title: Arial, 46 pt, uppercase
• Authors and institution: 28–36 pt
• Main text: minimum 12 pt, Arial
• Alignment: left

Structure:

• Title slide: topic, authors, and institution
• Conflict of interest
• Explain the results and relevance for current and/or future practice
• Include a description of any side effects
• Briefly summarize the results (including clinical outcome, if applicable) in no more than 3 lines

4. Oral Presentation During the Poster Session

• Presentation time – 5 minutes
• Q&A – 2 minutes

5. Authors bear full responsibility for the accuracy of the data presented in their work
